By accessing this website or placing an order with GRAMS, you agree to the terms set out below.
Orders & Availability
Product availability may vary. Some products may be available in stock, while others are produced on a made-to-order basis.
GRAMS reserves the right to confirm product availability, production requirements, and estimated lead times after an order is placed.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products may require up to 3–4 weeks for production.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order that requires production and to commence production.
Production begins once the advance payment has been received and confirmed.
The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch or upon delivery, as agreed with GRAMS.
Once production has started, made-to-order or customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Customization
Available customization may include colors, finishes, materials, and dimensions depending on the product and order quantity.
GRAMS customization is generally based on existing GRAMS designs and products. We do not offer completely bespoke product development from scratch unless specifically agreed as part of a project.
Additional customization requests may be subject to approval, additional costs, and revised production timelines.
Pricing & Quotations
Prices shown on the website are listed in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated.
Project or custom quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
GRAMS reserves the right to correct pricing errors or update prices before an order is confirmed.
Payment
Available payment methods may include:
- Credit and debit cards through supported payment providers
- Cash on delivery
- InstaPay
- Apple Pay where supported
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
Orders that require production are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
Delivery
GRAMS currently delivers within Egypt only.
A delivery fee of 200 EGP per order applies unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed separately for a project order.
Ready-to-ship products are normally delivered within approximately 3–5 working days.
Made-to-order products may require up to 3–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, product availability, material availability, courier conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
GRAMS will communicate any significant delay where possible.
Handcrafted Products & Natural Materials
GRAMS products may be handcrafted and may include natural materials such as wood, stone, brass, textiles, or handmade finishes.
Slight variations in dimensions, colors, finishes, textures, wood grain, stone patterns, brass tones, and other natural characteristics are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Actual colors may also appear slightly different from digital images due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Selected brass pieces may be intentionally left uncoated and may develop a natural patina over time. Products with protective coatings are designed to maintain their original finish under normal use.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns and exchanges for standard, non-customized products are reviewed depending on the product and circumstances of the order.
Made-to-order and customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced.

Defects, Repairs & Maintenance
Any reported manufacturing defect will be assessed by the GRAMS production team.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, GRAMS will provide an appropriate repair or replacement solution.
GRAMS may also offer repair and maintenance services for products affected by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. These services are subject to assessment and may require an additional quotation.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs, and product information. However, handcrafted production and natural materials may result in minor variations.
Technical drawings, material specifications, care instructions, or other supporting information may be provided where available.
B2B & Project Orders
Project orders may be subject to separate quotations, payment schedules, specifications, customization approvals, samples, and production timelines.
Unless otherwise agreed, B2B customization is based primarily on existing GRAMS catalogue products with selected modifications within the GRAMS design concept.
Website Use
All website content, including GRAMS branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to GRAMS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
Changes to These Terms
GRAMS may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant order.
