Shipping policy
GRAMS currently delivers within Egypt only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Fee
A flat delivery fee of 200 EGP per order applies to orders placed through the GRAMS website, unless a different delivery arrangement is agreed for a project or B2B order.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Products that are available in stock are normally delivered within approximately 3–5 working days after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery dates shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on order confirmation, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Made-to-Order Products
Products that require production may take up to 3–4 weeks to be completed.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order that requires production and to begin production.
Production starts once the advance payment has been received and confirmed.
The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch or upon delivery, as agreed with GRAMS.
Once production is complete, the GRAMS team will coordinate delivery with the customer.
Delivery Area
Orders are currently delivered within Egypt only.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order.
If access to the delivery location is restricted or requires special arrangements, please inform the GRAMS team in advance.
Installation
GRAMS products currently do not require installation, unless otherwise communicated for a specific project or product.
Delivery Delays
Ready-to-ship and production lead times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur because of production schedules, material availability, courier conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, GRAMS will contact the customer and provide an updated estimate where possible.
Handcrafted Products
Many GRAMS products are handcrafted. Slight variations in dimensions, finishes, colors, textures, wood grain, stone, brass, and other natural materials are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.
B2B & Project Orders
Delivery arrangements, costs, production schedules, and payment terms for B2B or project orders may be confirmed separately in the project quotation.
