Frequently Asked Questions

Are GRAMS products always in stock?

No. Some pieces are ready in stock and others are made to order.

How long does made-to-order production take?

Made-to-order production can take up to 3–4 weeks.

Where does GRAMS deliver?

GRAMS currently delivers within Cairo. Delivery is 100 EGP for small items and 200 EGP for large items such as tables and floor lamps. Ready pieces are generally delivered within 3–5 working days.

Can I customize a GRAMS piece?

Selected products can be adapted in color, finish, material or dimensions depending on the piece and order. GRAMS does not offer completely bespoke products from scratch.

Does GRAMS work with hotels, offices, spas and interior projects?

Yes. GRAMS offers project pricing and selected customization for hotels, offices, spas, developers, design houses and other commercial or interior projects within Egypt. Learn more about GRAMS for Projects.

Is there a minimum order for project orders?

There is currently no minimum order for standard or minimally modified pieces.

Is a deposit required?

A 50% advance payment is required for orders that need production.

What payment methods are available?

GRAMS plans to support credit/debit cards through Paymob, cash on delivery, InstaPay and Apple Pay where supported. Available options are shown at checkout.

Can GRAMS provide samples or technical drawings?

Selected color or material samples and technical drawings may be available depending on the product and project.

Does GRAMS ship internationally?

Not at this stage. GRAMS is currently focused on orders and projects within Egypt.

Do you offer repair or maintenance?

Yes. Products affected by misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear can be assessed and repair or maintenance services can be quoted accordingly.
