Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the product and the nature of the order. Please contact GRAMS before arranging a return or exchange so the order can be reviewed.
Custom-made orders
Custom-made orders are produced specifically for each client and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced.
Handcrafted and natural materials
Slight variations in dimensions, finishes, wood grain, stone, brass and other natural materials are part of each piece’s character and are not considered defects. Actual colors and finishes may also vary slightly from samples or digital images.
Manufacturing concerns
Any reported manufacturing defect will be assessed by the GRAMS production team. If confirmed, GRAMS will provide the appropriate repair or replacement solution.
