Order & Production Terms

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Production payments

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and commence production. The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch or upon delivery, as agreed.

Lead times

Production begins once the advance payment has been received and confirmed. Lead times are estimated and may vary depending on production schedules and material availability. GRAMS will keep you informed of relevant updates.

Handcrafted pieces

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in dimensions, finishes and natural materials are part of the character and uniqueness of every product. Selected brass pieces are intentionally left uncoated, allowing them to develop a natural patina over time. Products with protective coatings are designed to maintain their original finish under normal use.

Custom-made orders

Custom-made orders are crafted specifically for each client and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced. Natural variations in wood grain, stone, brass and other materials are part of each product’s unique character and are not considered defects. Actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from samples or digital images due to the nature of materials and screen settings.

Repair & manufacturing concerns

GRAMS is pleased to offer repair and maintenance services for products affected by misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear. Such services are subject to assessment and will be quoted accordingly.

Any reported manufacturing defect will be assessed by the GRAMS production team. If confirmed, GRAMS will provide the appropriate repair or replacement solution.
