Availability & Lead Time

Availability varies between in-stock and made-to-order. In-stock pieces are expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days in Cairo. Made-to-order pieces may require up to 3-4 weeks for production.

For orders that require production, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and begin production. The remaining balance is payable before dispatch or upon delivery, as agreed.

Handcrafted Character

Each GRAMS piece is made with attention to material and finish. Slight handcrafted variations are part of the character of the product. Natural variations in wood grain, stone veining, brass and other natural materials are not considered defects. Selected uncoated brass pieces may develop a natural patina over time.

Repairs & Manufacturing Support

GRAMS offers repair and maintenance services for misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear, subject to assessment and quotation. Reported manufacturing defects are assessed by the production team; confirmed defects are handled with the appropriate repair or replacement solution.
