Damaged or Defected Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service through DM immediately.
Provide a clear description or images showing the damage or defect.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through DM within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide the reason for the return.
    -Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • We will then send a courier to pickup the package. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of
    payment.

Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as mentioned for returns.
Specify the item you would like to exchange it for.
If there is a difference in price between the returned item and the desired exchange item, we will refund the difference.
